At this rate that I'm going, I'm sure that I am going to die of some kinda respiratory problem by the time I hit 14. Oh wait, I am 14 already. So that means that I should be dead already.

Right, here I am at my dad's office. Once again.
Yup, I'm trying to make a living here cos' I'm in a big BIG pile of debt. (i.e to my mum)
Woke up this morning with a massive headache; felt as if there was a tumor pressing down on my nerves. (Actually while I was walking here I actually contemplated the possibility of having a brain tumor at this age) So sis' plan of jogging in the morning was cancelled. But it wasn't all my fault cos she fell asleep again after saying "ok, we'll just lie here till 7.30" Hmm.
So anyway, then took my meds and down we went to the bus station to take a bus over here (my dad's office), so sis said we were supposed to take 145. Ok, so 145 came and we went. Halfway, the surroundings started to get eerily unfamiliar. Was it just us or were we in the wrong bus? Our suspicions were later confirmed when we saw that we were heading toward Lavender. Balestier, Lavender. ??
Got off the bus and lo and behold! Indeed we were on the wrong bus. *Narrows eyes at sis* We were supposed to take 139. Fantastic wasn't it? Contemplated cabbing but alas we were (Somehow) broke! So we said, alright then,let's just walk there. Thought that the walk wouldn't be that long (since we were always zooming by Balestier in 5 seconds), but that was because we were in a car. Mmmhmm.
Walked walked walked walked walked walked SAW DAD DRIVE PAST.
Wth was printed all over his face, and Eugene, his zombie king-kong assistant smirked to himself. See, dad was expecting us at the office like what, half an hour ago?
Yup, so we walked about 6000 km to his office, stopping at a canal for half an hour to feed them longkang fish with peanut butter biscuits. The feeding session later turned into a nature exploration when we saw a heron tip-toe across to catch fish. Damn it, I was staring so intently at the heron, and just when I decided to look at my wet wipes, BAM it was gone. With the fish(es?) in it's beak.
So we continued our hike to the office and here we are. Making friends with the acrylic that lie on the table, waiting to be polished.
You know, this isn't the first time that something like that has happened. Hiking across distances because we took the wrong transport. Yes it has happened before. With my sister too. It was her fault too. $%@$%@^#%&#%(&^*^@%%$%%! (Refer to post where we walked from city hall to telok blangah)
At least we did that workout that we never got to do in the morning!

Ok, so I just really really really found out that my flight is at 7.30 A.M., and that I'll have to board the plane at let's say.... 7.20? And that I'll have to wake up at 4.00A.M cos my mum wants to do bloody transit shopping.
Then again, it'll be quite fun. Especially when we reach the alcohol section.Mmmmmm.
There'll be gigantic bottles everywhere, limited edition ones, and giant smack packs of cigs.
Not like I encourage smoking or whatever, but seriously, it's big. Go see my sis' facebook pictures under our holiday. You'll see what I mean.
Anyway, so yep, I'm loving my itouch so yea, that's about it.

I'VE FINALLY GOT MY ITOUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. AHAHAHHAHA.
Amazingly though, I don't quite feel like how I am supposed to feel (See above), which is of course, excited.
Wanna know why?
Well it's because I'm not feeling well enough to feel normal and excited.
I've got a sore throat and flu; so yeah, I am pretty clogged up.
Em.... oh yes, so yesterday was children's camp and boy was it tiring to take care of all them little kiddies. You had to be on your alert all the time, in case they fell or ran away... blablabla, so I immediately hit the sack after reaching home (and getting my itouch. Thanks Meichen for telling me about the IT fair!-scored many freebies ;) )
So yes, thankfully I didn't go today, or else I'd be flopping home at 10 p.m.+++
I did meet a pretty nice kid though, (my favourite of them all! ) called Calamei. She's mixed and very pretty at that. :) So innocent. All of them. There was this brat though who kept saying that she would never get fat by eating a lot. Heck kiddy, that's what I thought too when I was young!That's why I started stuffing myself and now, I have to pay for that wrong info that I got in my brain.
Whatever. Anyway, hmm..... drums wasn't that bad, mmm..............yeah, so I'll be on medication for a whole week and mum says no Volleyball.

chinese children's camp. UGH

Ok, first before anything, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MEICHEN AND CHANTEL!!
Well happy be-lated birthday anyway :)
Had fun celebrating their birthdays.
Anyway, so tomorrow marks the start of the children's camp! Which is both dedicated to introducing children to God and CONVERTING US TO CHINESE SPEAKING FREAKS.
Yep; everyone has to speak chinese there (including us helpers). And my gosh, the whole time schedule and well, everything in the camp booklet is in CHINESE. So, that makes me a camp helper illiterate? I mean, how am I supposed to tell the kids in my group what is going on when I myself don't even know how to read some of the words in the booklet?!?! Oh well, I'll just have to rely on the pictures printed on the side. -.-
Anyway, so yep, I am an assistant group leader and a musician, working with my sis and some scary singer woman called Kelly. Eurgh. All the songs in camp are in Chinese too! All cheesy chinese songs which I am supposed to play drums to? Hmm.
Oh, one more interesting fact. My group is called ''Pomegranate''. You know? The yucky fruit that both Valencia and I hate when mixed with cranberry. The ad? ''Cranberry. Pomegranate. Cranberry.Pomegranate.Cranberry.Pomegranate.'' and it just keeps getting faster and faster? Let's see... Pomegranate in chinese is ...石榴. Weird. Whatev, I'll just say pomegranate throughout the camp. hah. Stop me if you can.
So yes, ftw if I screw up my drums on today and tomorrow.

Yum yum yummy yummer yumm. Noodles cooking; so I shall tell you all what happened today.
Well, for starters, I went to get a haircut at a place run by and infested AND crawling with gays.
You know, it's that hair "boutique" (or so they call it) at Toa Payoh which says ''De Elements'' outside, but ''Anthony's Hair Boutique'' on the inside. Weird huh?Yes, it's also the hair salon run by that actress (what's-her-name), but I think that she sold it to Anthony. Hmm. Wonder who Anthony is.
Anyway, so yes, they were having some kinda promotion thinghy ($20 for a haircut by stylist), so my mum just had to try it. Together with me.
Ok, so the first moment that I entered it, yeah the smell of chemicals slapped me all over my face and invaded my nose. Then, what happened next was truly shocking. With the capital S.
THERE WAS SOME KINDA GAY GUY WEARING A REALLY REVEALING KINDA SINGLET THINGHY WITH LIGHTNING PATTERNS (PINK) PRINTED ALL OVER IT. (I mean like you could see his chest and some parts of his tummy and ribcage and all). Ok. Then I looked down. He was wearing ripped denim shorts. Then I looked even downer. He was wearing a pair of high-ankled white coloured shoes. And he had multiple piercings all over his face. And his hair was kinda punkish and all. And his behaviour was really gay and all, but he was soooo nice. Mmm-hmm. Gays are usually nice people. Ok, maybe not gay; just.... weird?
Yup, so ok I was ushered into a rather cushy seat and some woman tucked towels into the back of my shirt and led me to the hair-washing area. Damn it felt nice. They even washed your hair with shampoo and conditioner! Then I went back to my cushy chair and another gay wearing a blue plaid shirt said Hi and I was hoping that he wouldn't be the person who was going to cut my hair but he was. Ok. He had a tattoo on the side of his neck (looked more like he was stabbed by a knife dipped in green ink). So then he blow-dried my hair (which took like forever) and by the time that he was done, my mum's hair was already on it's way to looking coiffed.
Ok,so I actually have no qualms about hair-dressers running their hands through my hair, but having a weird (gay) guy doing exactly that is just... Mortifying. It's like having a cheetah running it's paws through your hair. Shivers went down my spine a few times. Especially when he yanked really hard at my hair to thin it. But the end product was really good. He got rid of my tentacles (well it lasted till before my shower) and he gave some really useful advice. So all in all, it's a really good place to get your hair done. There's a free hair-wash, blow-dry, professional advice and lastly, a good exposure to how gays, I mean weird guys do one's hair. All for $20. And it's supposed to be one of those really posh hair salons, where you can ask for your preferred stylist (I just stared when they asked me that). But I swear, just grit your teeth and hold your breath when you go in, cos seriously. You will never meet so many ''weird'' people all in one place, except if you go for some gay convention or something; but that's another story.
Oh well, toodles for now! My noodles are swelling to the size of curvaceous bottoms, so I have to end their misery soon.
P.s I really think that I'm gonna get my (long-awaited) i-touch after dinner!!!!!!
Saw some really cute Paul Frank earphones there. Pricey though. $49

Hey y'all, just back from the airport. Again. This time it's with my family, at the recreational club @changi airport.
Brief description of what we did today: Went for my dental appointment, (changed my brace colours to pink green and yellow btw), took the train to airport, played badminton, played pool, showered, watched (1 tenth) of Friday the 13th (the remade version) and then some Japanese film cos Friday the 13th was too nerve-wrecking, then we ate dinner and ta dah! Here I am. Home.
There is church tomorrow. And cell. Don't feel like attending both cos they all bore the brains outta me. I mean, church is still alright, but cell? Seriously? Not what I'd call fun central. Boring, useless and well, just energy-sapping.
I'd so much rather be spending my time working for my dad and his namecards.
All well.
Off to bed now, g'night.

spicy mac and (curry?), deee-lish cake and thailand.

So, here I am, in front of the computer, blogging, chatting with Valencia online, watching tv, eating some cake and listening to my sis and mum debating over hotels for our trip to Thailand.
Pretty multi-tasking ain't I?
Anyway, the cake is really fantastic. Don't know what it's called cos the purchaser wasn't me, but oh. OH. No wonder it tastes so good. It's from THE LINE, which is a resteraunt in Shangri-la. Mmmmmm the pastry there is yummmy. But the crown for cheessecake still goes to Pan Pacific.
Anyway, so yes we are (once again) going to Thailand for our vacation. -.- I've been going there since forever. And by forever I mean FOREVER. Since I was a baby in my ma's womb till I am a 14 year old girl out of the womb. Every year=Thailand. (oh yes, I've just devoured the last bit of cake into my mouth.)
I mean, so what if my dad know all the important people there? (e.g the ambassador, blablablabla...) But it's alright I guess. Been there so often it already feels like a second home.
Tell you guys more if everything's been confirmed. Oh yes dad bought 2 new luggages; one blue on green from picard. I get the green one :)
Er let's see.... what else....oh yes the macoroni. My neighbour made it. AGAIN.
Not that I mind or anything, but truth to be told, it just smells like toxic when you bring it close to your nose. You have to inhale first(of course with the mac away from you) then shove the thing in your mouth, then let the spicy tast engulf your senses.
Mmmmmmmmmmm but spicy. But mmmmmmmmmmmm again.
So yes, it's an indian rendition of mac and cheese. SHOULD'VE DONE IT FOR HOME ECONS!
Ok whatever. I'm gonna go get some shut-eye. It's been a long and tiring day today, with us going to queensway sec to play with them (vb) and coincidentally, we met the (jerkass) boys from PRCS! The joy.
Anyway, Queensway screwed both of our divisions up down left right and centre.
Whatever. Homeground fortune. :P
Then went for lunch with Jieen, Julia, Joy and Cheryl./Sheryl? (omg just realised that i don't even know) then went home and worked for dad. -mainly sorting out his namecards and pasting them using double sided tape onto paper. Lemme tell ya, he's got at least a thousand name cards (0ther companies) which I have to painstakingly cut all the double sided tape, peel them off and paste nicely onto hard paper.

Yo mah homies! I'm finally home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!~~ Yeah yeah and camp is O.V.E.R. Hahaha. The world's most redundant and excruciating camp ever. Huh.
I am not going to rant or shoot down the camp cos' SOMEBODY might read it and I may get into trouble. So, yup. I'm going to stick with the safe side and just say that "camp was a wonderful experience which I enjoyed a lot a lot a lot a lot. " :)
How putrid.
Oh well, the bottom line is I AM VERY TIRED AND HUNGRY AND TIRED. AND TIRED. Oh have I mentioned tired already? Well yeah you get the point.
But the shower time was great. We could take our own sweet-smelling time and nobody would even bother us. Except for the roach that was in there. Phew! I'm telling ya I really feel blessed that it wasn't me who discovered that there was a roach in the shower. Yup. There was a roach in the girl's bathroom and boy oh boy did Sarah and Chien wun/wen (Sp) Kill it. Using those moppy scrapy thinghies for water.

Anyway, the food was morbid-ly horrid and my group was very VERY silent. The most un-enthu one. Huh. We got the most well-behaved group award.

My 243th post, and this time, it's about a roachy attack.

Yes. My household has just unfortunately suffered from (yet?) another cockroach attack. This time, the crime scene was located at my parent's bedroom. Ew. Anyway, so I was just getting ready to brush my teeth when all of a sudden, my mum said really calmly(Weird for a woman with insectophobia/entomophobia) that there was a cockroach in the bedroom. Erlack. As usual, the man of the household bravely gathered up his roach-killing gear, (this time it was a cardboard pole-like thinghy and a torchlight), and bravely stepped into the battle zone. After much hunting around, the roach was detected and sparks flew (Well more like sounds of grunting and stick-slapping) and hoorah! The groachy-roachy was killed. Muahahahahahaha.
The cockroach was then dumped and we all lived happily ever after. Amen. Chyea right. Once a roach is found, always expect to find more. And I have to stay at home ALONE for half of the day with an army of roaches who may somehow be plotting their revenge already. I'm already shivering in my knickers just thinking about it.
So yes. If there's anyone who can offer me a ticket out of roachville, please do. I'm really desperate.
Anyway, I am now going to share with all of you my run-ins with roaches since I was a young girl.
The first one was located in the bathroom, with one of my family members spotting the roach near the shower curtains first. After much searching, we declared that the roach had simply flew out of the window to safety (mum said that they wouldn't stay around to get killed. Huh.). So I breathed a sigh of relief and turned to the toothbrush holder to grab my toothbrush when I came face to face with the roach. Just sitting there. Twitching it's feelers at me, as if it were already victorious.
Of course, what followed up next was a series of screaming (all the roach attacks/invasions did) and then *spleuchh* as the roach was killed.
The second one was in the house too, with my sis seeing a roach scurrying by the bathroom when she was peeing in the morn'. All of us simply assumed that she was still groggy and brushed her protests aside. Later at night, the cockroach was at my cupboard, twitching it's feelers at me. Again.
The third time was when I was buying a drink at the vending machine just before art class. Blablabla, spotted the roach, screamed, then it flew down and fluttered around and went SMACK right into my face. Omg. Can you imagine the feeling of some gazillion year old creature which has been around since prehistoric times smacking right into your face? All hard-shelled and stuff?!?
Yup. The next time, it was the same vending machine, same scenario, only that it was a moth that time.
And yes, now today's cockroach invasion can be counted as the fourth, only that it wasn't me who discovered it.
And so, I end today's post in a conclusion that I might just have a great affinity with insects/roaches. However, if we do count today's invasion, I do believe that the roachy curse of mine might be broken already! All the best mum.
P.s I hope the roaches won't decide to attack me or whatever if they ever read this.
P.p.s I just bought a snow white dvd today. It's the restored version with never-seen before stuff &etc.
That's just the kind of hardcore Disney fan that I am.

I'm sorry, but I just don't see why. I just don't see why you guys can't give me anything at all. All that you do is to take delight in breathing down my neck and taking advantage of my willingness to try time after time; again and again.
I just don't see why you guys just can't be like everyone else, moving on with the times and accepting me for who I am, and not try to make me be what you guys are, which are losers. Why can't you just see that I'm different from the rest of you, I want to venture out and not be stuck in the slum like we are.
I want something better and I am willing to risk everything and make my dreams come true. I don't want to be like you all who only sit around discussing the better life, but not actually doing anything to reach out for it.
I'm not bulletproof, ok? You all just take swings and me and trample all over my wants, needs and dreams. I won't forever be around to let all you boss me around so that your lives will be easier. People get realised and rewarded for their efforts, but what do I get? Nothing. In fact, when I just ask for one tiny simple request, you turn it down and into mush and once again, all the trust that we've, No, I've tried to build up with you just comes crashing down on me like a rain storm. I'm not your slave ok?! You keep pushing me, till I am left with nothing but the edge of a cliff. I'm going to drop down. Yes I am, I just know it, if this continues.
I can't live my whole life under your shadow and the rock you've kept pushing onto me, time after time. You say that you want to know me, but really, do you? You just want to know my weaknesses and dreams, so that you can use it against me.
You say that you love me, but really, do you? I think that what you're really trying to do is to groom me so that I can just become another one of you. Useless and incompetent. You just want me to succeed, but when I fail, you blame it all on me. Ever occured to you that genes get passed down? And from all of your behaviours, it seems so. My failures are all your fault.
I'm sick and tired of living this way. No one can keep this up forever, not even Superman himself, cos there comes a time where the breaking point of a person becomes clearly evident.

Halloween/surprise birthday party. ?!!?!

So as the title suggests, yes there was a Halloween/surprise birthday party celebration. Not for superman, wonder woman, green lantern or any other Marvel superheroes. It was for me! How very nice J So yea, actually we(Chantel and I) just went over to Zhiying’s house for a (Halloween?) dinner and boy oh boy was the food awesome. Credits to Zhiying’s parents! I’m still thinking of the wraps, by the way. On the bus ride to Zhiyin’gs house, the both of them kept talking about anions and cations. Hmm. Now I know why. Can’t tell you guys cos’ it’ll gross you out.

Anyway, so yes we were eating the delectable wraps, salad and pasta, (not to forget the occasional wine sipping). Just a very brief description of the wraps for you (cos’if it’s too detailed I’m gonna start drooling myself) : The wraps were kinda like tacos, except that tacos are cylindrical in shape and this one’s like…. The revolting grilled chicken fold-over in Macs. Except that the one’s that Zhiying’s parents made were universes apart from the one’s at Macs. For starters, there were the salami and bacon flavours. I took half of Chantel’s salami, and she took half of my bacon. The wraps were filled with salami/bacon and squirted out smoking hot cheese when you bit into it. *SQUELCH!* It went like that when it entered my mouth. Mushrooms were residents of the wraps too, which made the wraps have a lighter taste. OK STOP. It’s getting far too descriptive. So anyway, yes continuing with the wraps. I mean NOT the wraps. The party. Yes. After all the eating was finished, we moved on to B&J ice-cream! Thumbs up for Dublin Mudslide! Though Zhiying and her mum preferred cheesecake brownie. Didn’t really like it cos’it’s weird! I mean, like eating a pastry frozen in the freezer and then coming out of a tub? That’s just how I imagine cheesecake ice-cream to be : P Hahahah so yes after the desserts, was just sitting around sipping/gulping down wine, then decided to make a trip to the kitchen. Before I could barely take two steps, Chantel was pushing me back to the dining table saying “No no no you stay here”. I was like “what?” cos I thought that they were gonna prank me again like they did when I got out of the bathroom. (They scared me) Being me, didn’t want to take the risk so tried to go back to the kitchen again, but lo and behold, Chantel was there again. Pah, I then gave up. Then suddenly she covered my eyes and when my eyes were finally released from captivity, the room was pitch dark and everyone was singing “HAPPY BIRTHDAY”. Woah was the first thing that hit my mind. Then Oh……. Then OMG! Darn was I freaking touched. Like who wouldn’t? Everyone was singing, including all of Zhiying’s family members… Oh I feel like sniffling everytime I think of it. ;) So yes, they even got me a tiramisu cake!! I made a wish ( I didn’t get to on my birthday –see video way below) and blew the candle out, leaving the room as black as coal. All these were followed by cake-eating and more wine draining. At first I thought that the cake was pretty tasteless, like just coloured cream. But when I ate it the following day, BOOM(z)! It tasted amazing! I have come to a conclusion for this: I was too drunk for my taste-buds to register anything.

Yes, the main part of the party was lé wine. Mmmmmm. We finished a bottle (Chantel stuck to a glass+ of wine and ribena) while Zhiying and I drank just a little bit. Actually, a little bit would be too much of an understatement since I felt pretty woozy after that. The warm water helped. So yes, the drunk heroes played guitar hero and we all fell down, sliming down the couch and onto the floor. ( well that was just me). So yep, that’s about it! Thanks man Zhiying for the wonderful night! I felt blissful;. (Actually I think that’s just the wine as well). IT WAS A WONDERFUL NIGHT AND I DIDN’T GET A HANGOVER IN CHURCH! :D magnificent. Oh yes one more thing Zhiying and Chantel. THE IMPOSSIBLE QUIZ IS RIDICULOUS!

Hi.
It's 10.26 p.m. now and I seriously do not know why I'm even staying up to watch my sis study. -.-
One possible logical reason is: It's her O levels and I'm staying up cos it'll make her concentrate more. I think. Well it'd better.

Sometimes just can't get it why everything revolves around her darned O levels.

Today was dragon boating and man am I beat.
Like who wouldn't after much paddling and trying to attack and fend off attackers at the same time? And drinking so much longkang chui? Cos'if you aren't; well I'd do a standing O for you.
Anyway, so yep, dragon boating at Kallang River AGAIN and ugh I have to say that the Volleyball one was much better, except that we didn't get to attack much people. But you know, the grass is always greener on the other side.
After the whole paddling water activity finished (Shall not elaborate; it's too long, just use your imagination) we had to face the challenging problem called SHOWERING. Or changing of clothes. Yup, pure disgusting process. Especially when you don't get to shower and change your clothes properly so much so that you go slogging around everywhere with sloshy underwear and smelling like a walking stale fish market. I didn't say it was me!
Pfffft. Anyway, so yep, basically that's about it. Lunch felt like heaven and normal drinkable un-drainage water contaminated milo felt splendous too. Then slogged home and took a shower, leaving my entire bathroom smelling like a stale fish market too. But slightly fresher, with a hint of passion fruit scent. I only realised when I was towelling myself dry that I was getting sunburn on my arms and I'll look like I'm wearing brown gloves when you fold up my sleeves. Cch. Typical tan lines. So yes, my skin is now red and brown all over, looking like a glowing bbq pit.
Terrific. No wonder all dragon-boaters look like brown(dragon) mice themselves too.

Well well well, if it isn't this thing that we call civilization once again. WOOHOO!! (Btw I'm eating noodles straight out of the pot; can't be arsed to wash another bowl).

Right so some of you mayn't get why I'm so ballistic over seeing civilization again, but I'll tell ya that when you've been moping around some forest trying so stay out of everything's way, civilization can be the only thing that'll set you free.
So we went to MacRitchie today to trek round the forest and boy oh boy was it energy-sapping. Especially if you're like me, afraid of creepy-crawlies, ESPECIALLY butterflies. And it's really hard to avoid all these creatures cos basically, they're like the civilians of the forest. They're EVERYWHERE=OMNIPOTENT.
I spent 3 1/2 quarters of the time shouting at butterflies and them golden flying thinghies. The trail was horrible, especially the part where the butterflies were everywhere, and we had to cross the path to and fro. Horrid. So yes, at the start of the journey, it wasn't much better. There was a troop of monkeys stalking us, especially Meichen. (Or so I think cos the last time that we went for the fishing trip at Upper/Lower Peirce, there were monkeys too and they seemed especially attracted to Mc. :P So this time, it wasn't very much different cos one of them leaped at Meichen. Except that she saw it coming before hand and ran away, so the monkey was standing at exactly the same spot where she was a few seconds ago. Hmm....
:D yes, so blablablablablabla trekking here trekking there, BREAK! Then trek somemore and to the tree-top thinghy where you can actually see all the trees, even the emergent layer ones. Absolutely breathtaking and awe-inspiring, (not to mention refreshing and butterfly free) . Actually, it would have even been a touching moment if not for the constant shaking of the entire structure. It felt like we were all going to drop. So yes, pictures taken, then trek trek trek back to the bus and OMG when we saw the road, we began running like, like.... running thinghies and we didn't stop till we reached the interior of the darn bus. Damn it felt good to be back safe and sound in civilisation.
Our guide was a gay faggot ( as said by Chantel), and darn to I have to agree.
He was a man that was the exact replica of Ganesh, except that he had earrings and he didn't have facial hair resting upon the top of his mouth. He behaviour and attitude was that of an obnoxious, self-centred, fat too self-assured kind of gay, arrogant, stupid and daft little gay kid.
Eeeurgh. Have an extreme dislike towards him.
Anyway, so yes I realised that we're actually cutting down many trees. I mean not that I've never actually noticed it before, but I felt the full force of it and how we're actually affecting the ecosystem. Realised that nature is actually kind of a b-e-a-utiful thing, (no matter how yucky it is sometimes) and how really, the non-human things' lives actually rely so much on us.
Maybe last but not least how nature has been so good to us, always there to help and support us, giving us everything that we need, but how we, like spoiled ignorant little children actually pay back in evil what nature has done for us. Sounds just like a family kind of story.
Hmm so yep, today I've definitely handled more nature that I possibly could for a year and many things have been learnt. My fear of butterflies may actually have been conquered (well just a little bit) since I didn't scream "BUTTERFLY!" when I saw one as soon as I left the school gates. OR maybe that might just have been due to the deep fatigue I had and have, which I am going to curb soon.
Who knows? Well I didn't freak when I saw a shrivelled up insect in my pot either. I simply ate it.
Joking. I threw it away, but not actually touching it. Haha maybe we should have a "touch the insects" course next time to help people with the same problems as me.
Oh well who knows? Oh yes just to let you know one more thing. The sissy side came out of me when everyone saw my deepest fear.

Just wanted to pop by and tell y'all how buffed up I am. By everything, Omnimax and Science Center, and last but not least; TRAINING.
I mean it's not like it was really tough or whatever, but y'know, OMNIMAX TOTALLY SAPS THE ENERGY OUT OF YOU.
Sis says that it's because your brain has to struggle to re-adjust to the OMNIMAX surroundings. Like you have to move with the camera and all.... etc etc. Go figure.

MY INJURY:
Just went to the masseur and boy oh boy, did he knead me like a ball of dough.
He did the usual (press here press there thing) then BOOM! (or rather *press*) he slams down onto me in a sort of pressy way. Then he slammed his hands onto my back and kneads my back and there were all these crack crack sounds. Then I went *oof!* when he pressed against my back.
Then blablablbablabla after years of being in pressing-land, the masseur asked me how was I feeling, then when I said twas' still painful, he rubbed me even harder till I was forced to say yes.
Then he put some cream onto my leg and rubbed like there was no tomorrow, then the masseur's verdict was : You have all these lumpy things in your legs which are blocking your muscles and nerves (no, it's not cellulite) . They are preventing your muscles from being stretched. So, you have to do stretching exercises everyday. (The ones like you're squatting to poop). So yup, THE TRAGEDY OF LIFE.
Go-go rangers. Haha just felt like saying that.

I woke up at 7 a.m. because of my sis and mum; they were fighting/arguing over a lost tie (Which was actually hanging on my bed post), so yes. You now can never, ever shop again. And she goes: NOOOOOOO!!!!!!NONONONONONONONONONONONONONO! I can never not shop again!! Shopping is my life! I'll die. This will be my last post (hopefully) until all exam papers are OVER. For those of you who cannot live a day without reading my blog, well, I'm very sad to say that you'll just have to find another blog to satisfy your appetite.
Anyway, I just have one thing to say before I end off my post. That is: OMG I'M GETTING A NEW DRUM TEACHER.
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!! He's in his early thirties, which is WEIRD, since all my drum teachers have been really young (age range from 20-23?) and now the school pops out with this old fogey. Well, he mightn't really be that old, but I'm having an image of some old, balding, pervy guy in my mind. *shudders*

Right now, my sprained back is feeling a little bit more unsprained. It heals day by day. I think. It felt worse today, every movement resulted in a taste of the pain. Hmmm........ I wonder if the "massager" did his job right.
My butt aches like there's a ginormous bruise there (that was the targeted spot of the "massage"), but strangely, there isn't any bruise! Weird..................
ALL IN ALL, I CANNOT MOVE AROUND LIKE I USED TO ANYMORE BECAUSE I AM A PARTIAL HANDICAP.
I cannot sit down on the floor, have to grapple the edge of my seat/ toiletseat,have to sink down slowly onto chairs, cannot twist around........ bottom line is I AM AN OLD WOMAN.
Sigh. I will recover. I must!
On the bright side, had crystal jade for brunch. Mmmmmm-mmm.

You guys just behave as if everything is fine, but then at night, you all hunch over ye damn computers, typing feverishly on the keyboard, abusing vulgarities and then clicking "enter", not for one moment even considering how I would feel. ME. The owner of this blog. The one who has to try and appease all of you and stop the fight so that my everyday taggers won't be scared pee-less away and then yeah,NORMAL people will stop trying to tag BECAUSE all of you hog the tagboard. Tagboard=for tagging, NOT for arguing about stuff that you won't even carry out. I say, if you guys really want to continue arguing, by all means, do so! BUT! I must see action the next day. Anyway, I am going to blog about my day (Which is what I should've been doing 10 mins ago), but I don't actually think that anyone'll be interested in it, compared to the exciting post above. To summarise my day, I slept, did work and ate. And ate. I KNOW! I am going to document what I eat everyday from now on, as part of the diet plan.
The only thing that is worth recounting today is: Mum bought something from Hog's Breath Cafè.
Hmm.... for the wedding dinner I attended on thursday, I felt so out of place. In fact, felt like a lost duck in a sea of poppies. Thank God Valencia called. We were minglng around (Actually only parents), so yes, was stuck in corner trying to hide and scrutinise everyone when Valencia called. Hid behind a curtain and we chatted, peeked out and saw a waiter staring at me. I stared back at him. He stared back at me. Truly epic moment, I daresay.
Oh well, dinner time! Diet documentary starts tomorrow. Or next post.
Oh yes. One more thing, the food at the dinner was absolutely horrid. And what's with the Jason Mraz songs for the wedding videos?!
But very sweet. Especially the part where my cousin spoke about his dad (my uncle) who's gone. Totally struck a chord in my heart. I miss my uncle.

Oh well, I guess that's how life goes. Full of twisty and turny bits. Just like twisties.

I am going to go for a wedding dinner later on, and I'm positively, absolutely dreading it.
Because........... I will be all alone there (sis not going), so I will be surrounded by a sea of adults, talking adult talk. Nobody is going to be on the same level as me.

Hmmmmm.......... mum is also very touchy all of a sudden. She wants to look real good, but point is, its going to be hopeless. I think. Sheesh. I don't need 40 mins to change, I need 4 mins. Gosh.

Today, we the volleyballers of Beatty, (ok, the sec 2s), had training. Hard-core, sweat-ass, weightful and sweatful training. Ok, so we did the normal everyday ball drill, running, warm-up, match playing and jumping over benches with weights (lousy ones at that) tied to our bare legs. So, like our bare skin twas totally exposed to the scratchy and skin-digging strap (metal) hooking thing. Do you even want to know how we felt?
-First round: Hop, hop, hop, hop, hop.... OUCH. What is that sharp pain? Hmm...... I think its the material of the sandbag and the metal thinghy. OUCH OUCH OUCH OUCH OUCH OUCH OUCH.
-Second round: Ah......... starting to get heavy! WE CAN DO IT!
-Third round: *grimacing*
............................................... -17th round : How many more rounds???!!!! Oh look! I'm leaking a bit of sand. My legs and shoes and socks are all black too.
2nd round of hopping over canteen benches: *PSSSSSSSSSSSSSS* What's that sound? Oh look! You're leaking sand!!!! Goooooooooooooooood for you :)
9th round: Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 more round! See, lots of you are now sandbag-less, cos it's all spoilt.

See, David's ctrl+f5 trick is getting realllllllly handy nowadays. Any screw-ups, just a simple keyboard-pressing and PING! everything's good. : )

Anyway, just came back from a "studying" trip with Meichen and Valencia. You see, if I said studying trip alone, that would be an utter total lie. (and my new term resolution is to minimise lies to 3 times per week. ) So yes, the truth is we went to spend meichen's voucher at Taka and then (ooh! reminds me that I bought something too ;P) and then we went to search everywhere for meichen's gift to valencia and then basically, we didn't study. AT ALL. The last few minutes were spent contemplating whether we should spend our $5 I&E voucher (between meicneh and I only, of course.). The final adjudication was :NOPE, WE SHALL RESERVE IT FOR NEXT TIME. Lovely decision, no? (hint highly influenced by Valencia) Then yea, while Meichen and I were struggling with our inner compulsions, Valencia did her stalk-off-to-make-us-follow-her-and-get-out-of-food-haven thing, and it worked. Sigh, takopachi and uzumaki ice-cream, BUH-BYE. :( This can officially be counted as one of the saddest moments in my life.

Oh well then.Time for a shower, catch ya funguses later.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY VALENCIA!
Yup, that's right fellow earthlings and creatures from beyond, it is Le femme's b'day.
So yes of course we celebrated it, with agar-agar cake in the morning, and dinner +street-hitting in the night.
Was supposed to eat at "The Ship" but apparently it closed down. So we settled for subway instead because birthday girl wanted it. :( It was alright though :)
Then we went to Ion and looked around, hmm... interesting.
So yes then we went home as we were all cinderellas with early curfews, but it was fun anyway. Wish my blogger was fixed. I feel so unmotivated typing in black all the time. No picture uploading thinghy either. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
If this continues on, I may never EVER blog again.
So yes, then went jogging with Valencia and her mum today at Bishan park, her mum is freaky.
She never stops running. Goodness. Talk about fitness.
Then ate breakfast (thank you Mrs. Phua for contributing to my paunch ;) )
Then went home, showered, washed shoes, ate, then SLEPT.
Woke up feeling achy (no not achy breaky heart. P.s its a funny song) . As in body achy. Eyes felt like they were glued on with tapioca since last night). Snuffled through muffin and tea and then did homework.
Now I shall stop recounting my day to you because frankly I think you'll get bored soon.
So yes, refer to last year's post about teachers' day performance and you should find about the same things that happened this year, except that I dropped my sticks in front of a thousand plus people. Great huh? I just love the way that my life is a soap opera exceptionally dedicated to misery, humiliation and all the bad stuff in this world.

It can officially be counted as the most embarrassing moment of my life.

Listening to Elvis now. Well not really Elvis himself (he's long gone), but one of his songs. "Love me tender". Lovely song. Now I understand why he twas such the heartbreaker. As in he breaks hearts while singing, in a good way. Hahaha now that relates to "heartbreak hotel". Hmmm.... he does look kinds sensual while singing. His daughter is definitely a far Far FAR cry from him. Though they both have the same shocking bleu eyes :)
Anyway, my point in (finally) blogging today, is to say this line : I spout a lot a lot a lot a lot of nonsense when I am nervous. So, do not take anything that I say to you or anyone, for that instance, seriously, when I am backstage. I tend to repeat myself too, and I repeat NONSENSE. So yes, bottom line is DO NOT LISTEN TO ME WHEN I AM NERVOUS.

Oh yes, on a much, much lighter note, tell ya guys something that happened today.
As some of you know, I had a dental appointment today. So yes, told dad to come fetch me at 4.00. He told me 4.15. Ok. Then I called him after training, he said that he was at the dentist. Had a fit and then asked him to zoom back to school at the speed of lightning, so yes, was left with the sad, sad task of telling Agnes from my dental clinic that I was going to be late. Decided to text her, safer. Then yes, reached at 4:58, when my appointment was supposed to be 4.40. Had to wait for some boy to (FINALLY!) take off his braces. Lucky arse. Browsed through some magazine called"the peak" the finer things in life. *snort* It makes you wanna cry just be looking at the stuff on it. Why, they had issues on 4-seater Lotus(es), jewellery which could buy me 2 condos, (or maybe even 4), pjs, which cost thousands of dollars(branded, e.g Louis Vuitton...etc.) -RIDICULOUS. The heading was "Having a quiet night alone?Why, there's no reason to look sloppy". Like wth, looking un-sloppy could even buy me a house. Or lots and lots of good food. So yes anyway, so my shoes were caked with mud and soil, so after my appointment was over, sat down on one of the couches and waited for dad. Noticed that I had left soil everywhere. Decided to read a magazine un-conspicuously, but then all of a sudden, agnes said " WHAT ARE ALL THESE THINGS ON THE FLOOR?" Goodness, my eyes nearly bulged out like Ganesh's. (btww, found out that Ganesh is actually an indian god.) Then she said to herself"wonder who's shoes did these come from..." God, my toes were shrinking in my shoes. Wanted to walk into the "operation" room to tell dad that I was gonna go find mum, but NO! Agnes was still looking at me. Was glued on the couch for a good 10 minutes before the phone rang and she was distracted momentarily. Ran to tell dad, then made an appointment for next month, zoomed out of the clinic. SAFE! (the soil that I left behind really was very conspicuous.) So yeah, thought everything would be alright, but when dad came, he told me that Agnes knew that it was from my shoe. GAWD. I wanted to shrivel up and die right there and then, in the middle of John Little. How am I possibly going to face her next month??!?!?! Will she remember?? Goodness. Only God knows.

Friday shall now be un-officially made "eat-out day" or "delicacy digesting day". DDD, for short.
Anyway, so yes, today for dinner, we had..... CHAPATI! together with keema, curry chicken, potato mix (with caluliflowers) and lady's finger mixed with cabbage. Scrumptous, for a cheap kopitiam fare. What was really ironic was that this chapati shop was directly opposite to this resteraunt selling North Indian food (Very, very GOOD North Indian food), BUT! It was much, much, much cheaper and even almost on the same wavelength of delicious-ness. Huh. The person (from the resteraunt) even had to go after people to persuade them to eat at their resteraunt and to take their fliers. Meanwhile, the owners of the chapati shop just had to sit and wait for customers to start flooding in. That's why I say that good Indian food doesn't necessarily have to be expensive to taste nice.
Anyway,so yeah, the keema (minced lamb with peas and potatoes i think) was preeeetty good, but still uncomparable with the resteraunt's. Like DUH, the resteraunt's peas are crunchy, but yet burst forth with the lamb-ish goodness. Yum yum. The other dishes weren't too bad either; satisfying. Now the chapati was GOOD. Not too chewy, not to crunchy. Not oily at all either, like the one I tasted a long long time ago. Cheap and yet filling. That's why chapati and naan were usually bought by the poor in the olden days of India, as it was cheap and filling. People could survive on a naan for the whole day. WHICH, leads us to the topic discussed in the car by mum,dad and I. We were talking about Nothern Indians and Southern Indians. Apparently, Nothern Indians are the a)whiter ones b)more privileged ones c)richer ones d)usually more attractive ones e)Better-in-everything-ones compared to the Southern Indians. Why? Because the Brits were in charge of them once. That's why they are fairer-skinned. Ever noticed how fairer-skinned Indians usually look more Western-ish? Yup. So it all leads to the Brits. Yet again.The ones who think that whites are the superior-est one of them all. What poopycock. Everybody is equal! What, just because they are white means they are the best? Well then, vamps or snow white would be even better!
Who even came up with the idea that whites were superior and coloured men were destined to be slaves all their lives? Take a look at all those foreign workers who come from India to work for us, and the Africans, the negroes. Why Do They All Have To Be Slaves? I mean, if the coloured people were the ones who were more sly and crafty, they would have started the trend that whites were gonna be slaves forever. But NO! Did they?
Why is it that everything that has been through the hands of whites are better? Is it because they possess such charisma that they brainwashed the world to adorn onto them?

I assure all of you all who are speculating about Valencia's and my blog, that we are absolutely ABSOLUTELY NOT talking about the whole class. We were just referring to those who were involved in the bombing scandal, so unless you are involved DIRECTLY, then you shouldn't have the need to feel angry or displeased towards us. If you think that we're insulting you or looking down on you,well then, you couldn't possibly be more wrong. Like the sentence above said, we were only directing the post to the bombers. If you think that we're looking down on you, well then you ARE the ones who are looking down on yourselves. Nobody's looking down on you; you are what you make yourself to be. Therefore, in conclusion, I say that we never meant for any harm or anything to happen, so yes, so sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Well, at least something fun/funny happened today. FINALLY!! You might scream, and so I did.

So today I went to buy shampoo, and I asked the salesperson if they had shampoo for my hair type.
Her face totally lit up and then yeah, blablabla.
When I was done paying, she asked me if I was in secondary 2, I said yeah, then she said i was from beatty yea?
OMG. I must have looked as shell-shocked as I felt because she chuckled at this and said that she was a fortune teller.
Huh.
Then why would she be working in a store selling shampoo?

Things that I did today: Go through an undeniably hard day of school.
: Starved during lunch.
: Was mad at fate for denying my lunch privileges.
: Went home and did some internet stuff. Basically maintaining my social life online.
: Realised that there were actually cookies and ate some.
: Talked to Valencia on the phone, with sis interrupting our once-pleasant convo.
: Took a shower.
: Felt entirely ravenous again and scarfed down more cookies.
: Looked into the mirror and realised that I was on the premature stage of balding-ness. You wish.
: REALISED THAT MY EYESIGHT WAS INCREASING!!!!!!!
Therefore, the bottom line(literally) is: MY EYESIGHT IS INCREASING. Therefore, I shall be abstaining from too much intellectual and eyesight-increasing activities, which sadly, includes abstaining from blogging and msn. Lovely. Alright then, shall go watch some tv (0.o) FOR THE LAST TIME ,and then go scarf down some more cookies.

At this rate that I'm going, it won't be long before I turn into a cookie myself. Or eek! Gain back all the weight that I have tried so hard to lose.
Though I did see some diet-friendly cookie recipes online the other day....

Ok, so yesterday was National Day. Nothing much really happened, except that 64% of the nation was swathed in either red, white or red and white. I wasn't one of them, so it's ok. However, things did happen. Like.... My family and I baked? (For the second time in my whole entire confounded life! Surprise surprise...) It was really bondifying, except for the part where my family only consisted of my sister and I. With some occasional appearances by my mum during washing up time. My dad just locked himself up in the room studying the bible. As usual.
So anyway, we baked M&M cookies and Mud cookies. The M&M cookies were lovely, but the mud one was well, er....just plain muddy. There was burnt chocolate in them. How do you even melt chocolate anyway? Maybe the melting only works for choco bars, and not choco chips. -mine. "Melt the morsels in the oven for about 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds" That's what the recipe said. I should've guessed that the person/recipe was unreliable. Who even uses the word "morsels" in recipes??? It sounds way too outlandish.
So yep, the chocolate was burnt and in it went into the batter. Then since we couldn't find any (pure) milk chocolate at home, we had to use mocha flavored ones. Ewwwwwwwwww. So yes, in it went into the batter too. Mix,mix,mix, bake bake bake, EW. The cookies looked like the guy from Fantastic 4, you know, the one who has cracked orangey skin and stuff? Yea, except that it was brown. *shudder* Oh well, I guess that's just what you get from an entirely unreliable recipe. "The next time your kid throws a tantrum, throw these cookies into his milk and see him finish the milk, all the way to the very last drop!" If I were the kid, I would much rather set my face on fire than to drink that junk.
So anyway, yes. Then went to uncle's coffee-shop to have dinner. Stars of the meal: My dead ah ma's huang jiang ji and salmon sashimi!! -Not very fresh though. Texture=frozen and rough. Not good. But I am sated. Then the whole coffee-ship and family watched the NDP parade on tv, sis and I pledged. :)
Yup, then went home and ate so many cookies that my poop today was full of undigested M&Ms. Joking. Exchanged mud cookies for a bottle of champagne with my aunt , it was lovely. ;)
Alright then, I shall be off to finish some more cookies. Help, anybody? (only applies to mud cookies.)

Heigh ho a merry ho, that's a loser's life for you.

Yup, that's ESPECIALLY to those who tried (but were unsuccessful) to bomb 2e2's booth. :P What pathetic imbile-ic ingrates. Like per-lease, if you really wanted to assassinate us, you could do it in a more subtle way. Or do they actually lack the brains to do so? I highly think so. Secondly. They are thoughtless (literally),selfish, stupid, Irresponsible idiots who brought down their whole class with them. Those who were innocent had to actually pay for those idiots' actions, together with them. Huh. Talk about dumbness-galore. For those of you who haven't a clue what I'm prattling on about, well here's the FULL story. Of e4's treachery. Here we go:

As you all know very well, Friday was NDP celebration day, or better known as: THE DAY E4 COMPETED AGAINST E2 IN THE SALES OF FOODSTUFFS.
Lovely competition it was, with e4 selling stuff like marshmallows and ice-cream, and e2 selling stuff like (awesome!) COOKIES, INSTANT NOODLES, SODAS (which were a huge knockout), SNACKS and miscellaneous. We, the citizens of e2, were just doing marvellously selling our items DECENTLY, when all of a sudden, we saw some e4 boys putting some bottle NEXT to our booth. Immediately assumed/KNEW that it was a bomb, because: A) It was fizzing. B)It was expanding by the second. The bottle I mean. C) Err….. From my super-genius-always growing-science-programme-infested-general knowledge-sister-who-always-preached-about-chemical-reactions-all-knowing-brain, I KNEW at once that it was A BOMB. +, judging by the body-language of the boys (suspicious, and pushing the bomb closer), yup, it was pretty easy to infer what was going on. So anyway, back to the topic. Somebody shouted “a bomb!”, then the quick-thinking, authority holding Mrs Samsol (Weird surname huh?) told the boys to feck off and she stuffed the bottle in their mouths, and BOOM! They exploded into a million little pieces and were never seen again. As if. Mrs.S told them to throw the bottle away and they said : how? Like duh, grab it and fling it somewhere else before you explode along with the bomb! So yea, they threw it in the dustbin and seconds later, BOOM!!
The darn bomb exploded. In the dustbin, thankfully. Imagine if it were actually right next to us, I think that those of us who were helping at the drinks stall (mainly Valencia, Meichen, Haeli, Zixian and I) WOULD HAVE BEEN EITHER DISFIGURED OR HURT. BADLY. So yes, then e4 (not all of them) clapped like the number of times a bird flaps its wings when it flies. So then Mr Singh came and HAHAHAHA , they partially got what they deserved. The (Whole?) class apologised to our class and those terrorists-in-making apologised to us too. Well some of them anyway, there were some stubborn ones who denied their partake in the explosion and some refused to apologise. Shili got away easy, Clement addressed him in private. So totally unfair. :P Anyway, all’s well that ends well, E2 EARNED $568 (approx)!!!! Minus-ing the cost price, we earnt $401. Not bad huh? :D
Alright, so the moral of the story is : Do unto others what you would want them to do to you. Or rather, THE GOOD GUYS ALWAYS WIN IN THE END, or my favourite: 恶有恶报，善有善报。
p.s: The bomb was constructed out of dry ice screwed tightly in a plastic bottle. Remember e4 was selling ice-cream? So yea… You get the point. 

HeyLo Peeepos.

Just wanted to tell all of you that tomorrow is NDP CELEBRATION DAY!!! Rejoice all ye creatures that crawl on this great blue marble thinghy called earth. Yup, so there'll be NO lessons tomorrow! (I say, lots of good things have been happening to e2 recently.) Anyway, so yeah, e2 and e4 will be selling/competing against each other tomorrow during the sale of food items. COME AND SUPPOSRT US. WE HAVE HANDMADE COOKIES AND BUBBLE TEA AND RIBENA SODA AND LOTS OF OTHER STUFF. Oh yeah, + instant noodles. How's that, huh? :D

Ganesh was really hilarious in class today, when we suggested some popsicle idea which included throwing some stuff outta the fridge or something, he said "oh my god what is that". HAHAHA!! Never, ever, would you imagine him saying something like that. And, and he ate many many curry puffs and ondeh ondeh because he didn't want to waste food. Huh. It started out innocently with just one curry puff then it gradually increased and INCREASED AND INCREASED until, many were gone. Good grief. So yes, point is: SUPPORT 2E2.

But you can support 2e4 too, if you like. Just saying not gonna patronise them.
Uh-huh, that's it! (I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE GOING TO READ THIS IN TIME TO SUPPORT OUR BOOTH TOMORROW.)

I&E day today!!
Yup, the long-awaited "science fair" was finally here! Many, many, many interesting things happened, such as the screw-up of our product, how gay the judges were, how our sodium intake level increased due to all the salty bread that we ate, BUT, the most, most, mos interesting thing that must've happened there was...............................................................................
WE GOT 2ND PLACE FOR OUR INVENTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hallelujah much! It was like totally out of lé bleu . I mean, like, our product wasn't even working. (Not that the judges knew that) Ok, our product: THE SPS CASING (salt pepper sugar) We're supposed to have three compartments inside the container(the one we got for free at science centre for our I&E training), with the salt, pepper and sugar in each compartment. So, the lid is spinabble,which means, whichever compartment you want to access, you'll be able to do so by spinning/TWISTING the lid. However, erm, since our comparments were mainly made out of tons of scotchtape and transparency, yea.. it was filmsy. So, all the spices got mixed up together. Genius. So, whattodowhattodo??
Well, we pretended that the spices were actually seperated and when we sprinkled them onto the bread (For the judges and many fellow hungry beattiyans to devour), OBVIOUSLY all salti-nised. So when the judges guessed that it was salt that we shook out, we just said YES! With super cheery smiles on our faces. :)
Then, when it was results announcing time, I was practically quaking inside my skeletal system. When a category passed, I thought that oh, no more. Too bad, but there was more! Thankfully we stayed, because...."And the 2nd prize goes to...... THE SPS CASING!!" *meichen screams like there's no tomorrow herex1000000000000000000* I receive the vouchers because everyone else went down to eat. :P The (gay) judge was a little bit reluctant to let go of the vouchers as I felt myself tugging a little at them. *shudder* soooooo gay. :P Anyway, so yes, when the rest saw the 2nd corsage, they all SCREAMED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hhahahaha we were just so happy :) Yup, then we spent the rest of the day playing catching and hide and seek and murderer.
Lovely awesome day. $15 capitalandmall vouchers each. Not bad, considering such the schoool that we have. :/
I can still taste the salty bread in my mouth. Repulsive. So salty. And peppery. And a little bit sweetish. Bleaurgh.

I forgot to tell you allllll about the torture that we, the volleyballers of Beatty Secondary faced yesterday. Yup, that's us. Going straight to the point,
WE RAN APPROX. 33 ROUNDS AROUND THE NEW INDOOR COURT YESTERDAY.
+10 SUICIDE (only for those of us who played in the match who became the losers)
60 PUSH UPS (standard) and 60 TUCK JUMPS.
MUCHO MONDO DIGGING AND SPIKING
and
SERVICE (aim is to get 15 points).
As you can see, volleyball is OBVIOUSLY not for the faint-hearted.
Poor sec ones, having to go through such torture at such an early age. They even had to stand under the hot, boiling sun while we seniors were basking away under the shade. :P
Thanks to all the strenuous exercises, I am therefore half-ly paralysed.
I CAN'T EVEN STAND UP STRAIGHT FOR PETE'S SAKE!!!

Yet again, I wonder why I am here sitting in front of the computer and reading a Bobbi Brown brochure on eye pencils.
Very interesting though.
Hmm... I like the creamy eye pencil midnight shade. Bet it's look great on a drawing or postcard.
So anyway, yes, today was an utter, undesirable, comprehensible, unanimous, umbilical, udder-licious day. Have a premonition that I am going to fail the math test. YET AGAIN. I tried soooooooooooooooo hard, but I still couldn't get it. It's the something something law, like how badly you want a thing, it'll purposefully never come your way.Shall not hurt myself trying to think about it (as Valencia ALWAYS says).
2nd interesting thing: The muffin man is gonna supply us I&E people with muffins on Friday!!!!!!! Hip-hip hurrah!!!! You people sure are fortunate to taste his muffins. I mean, its not exactly great, but I LOVE THE OREO ONES. Mmmmmmmm....... Goes great with a glass of Meiji/farmhouse milk. I wonder if he'll still recognise me as the oreo muffin girl. But he's really nice:) he always gives people free muffins :D He once used me as a publicity stunt when a bunch of reporters came and interviewed him. I bought an oreo muffin, gave him a $2 note, but he wouldn't accept it. Said he had no small change(pah) and said that I could pay him on Saturday (cos mum always bought muffins on Saturday.Bought. Not buy.) So yes, the reporters started oohing and ahhhing saying he had a lot of trust in his customers..........blablablabla. In the end, I went to specially buy a glass of orange juice so that I could pay him back the kaching-ablingbling.

Anyway, I just found out that: Hashima is actually a frog's oviduct fats. :S
I feel a little grossed out just thinking about the fact that I actually drank a bottle of it this morning. Eeurgh. But then again, it actually tastes nice (jelly-like like bird's nest, except that it's way cheaper and has the same beneficiaries as Bird's nest) if you don't think about how it originated. And to think that mum is going to cook more on Saturday. :) Yummy
Life is still boring, as usual,so yes I am still postless in a way.
I think that I'll just go eat more (winter)hashima to prevent all of your eyes from rotting away.

It looks like no place is actually safe from the world's treachery.
No matter how far you run, or how deep you hide, treachery will always follow you like how a dog follows the scent of meat.
Even though you think that you have finally found a safe sanctuary, treachery will still follow you, up till the point where it actually washes up on your doorstep.

I feel as if I am getting ready for a war.
Literally. Guess who or WHAT I am going to fight. I'll give you a clue: It's Sunday and this war starts at 1600 h. Come on, keep guessing!!!
For those of you who have had the right thought,(or at least so you think), that's right!
I R GOING TO HAVE TUITION.
Erlackyeugrh. Today, we are going to touch on the topic of Graphs, which is sadly, the topic that I missed while I was in Vietnam world. We are TOTALLY behind schedule (my tuition teacher and I, I mean) We were actually supposed to cover what's that called..... The simlarity thinghy, the cancelly one. Never mind. I can't be arsed to get the textbook. Anyway, so yeah! But Amos didn't come. >:(
I should really consider giving him a statement of undertaking (rofl) Sounds familiar anyone?? -to councillors.

Things that I am going to do to keep me fueled and energised through tuition:
1)Eat a thick slice of cake bread to prevent myself from thinking that every page of the assesment book smells like chicken pie. (Refer to previous x?? post.)
2) Drink this aloe vera drink that Meichen, Chantel and I bought while hosting the vietnamese @velocity. Remember? The $2 one? Yeah, apparently, my dad bought those too. Apparently, I am supposed to have a clearer and more focused mind afer drinking that. Huh.Let's see who or what can keep me awake when I start yawning.
3)Just keep telling my brain to think rationally and NOT to have any weird or funny thoughts about Amos or anything else in the vicinity.
4)Be smarter. I have to stop Amos from puking blood mentally in his brain, or else one of these days, his brain will drown and die in his own blood.

That's about it I guess. Anymore tips? Just tell me. I'd greatly appreciate that. : )

p.s Some guy kept staring at my wound/scab (the heart-shaped one) when I was waiting for a bus on Friday. The way he stared at it made me feel as if my scab were a grotesque thing, bubbling with pus.
Actually, it did look a little like a grotesque thing bubbling with pus. Except that it was dried pus. Wanted to post the picture, but it'll most probably scare the shit out of your bowels.

FINALLY!
A breather at last. And a time to relax AND do homework. The tragedy of the pyramid of paper stacked before me. Anyway, so yes, the Vietnamese are gone now, (i miss them!) and I'm finally having personal time. Everyday, it's like we only entertain them (from morning till night), so each day, it's like 11.00 till I reach home. Plus shower time and hairdrying time, its 12.00/1.00 before you can sleep. And it doesn't help at all that I'VE GOT INJURIES ALL ACROSS MY KNEES. Yes, you saw right. I got pushed down by some tiny little Vietnamese boy in Amazing race. Because he wanted to be first. So totally cliché. (let it go chantel! he apologised :) ) Then, yep, where was I? Oh yea, the entertaining part. I feel as if we were like Geishas (Valencia are you done with the book yet? :D) EXCEPT that we don't have white faces.
I'm not gonna go into details about the whole exchange programme thinghy; you can ask me straight in the face if you want. I can't be arsed to type it all out. Just know that the main point is : I NEED TO GET MY LIFE BACK IN ORDER. I'm so used to skipping all the lessons for the FREE! buffet lunches and outings. ( we sat on duck and hippo tour btw) I need to earn back all the money that I spent on them, and I am oh so very very hungry.
Oh well, that's about it. :) I miss my Vietnamese children!!
